As a Sammamish resident of 22 years, Ghada has an extensive and personal connection to the Seattle and Eastside neighborhoods. Ghada was born and raised in Dubai, then moved to Cairo, Egypt and has lived in Seattle since 2001 with her husband and three children. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in journalism and mass communication and is fluent in written and spoken Arabic. In her free time, you will find her on long walks enjoying the unmatched landscapes Seattle has to offer and organizing large scale events at local schools, such as an annual International Night to celebrate the amazing diversity of the Seattle and Eastside Neighborhoods.
